Our Process.

Turning Travel Discovery into a Simple Digital Journey

We started with research and discovery to understand traveler needs, behaviors, and the challenges of finding and exploring Oman’s hidden attractions. These insights helped us define the product structure and map a clear end-to-end user flow, covering onboarding, search, attractions, categories, navigation, bookings, wishlists, and account settings.

From there, we moved through ideation, wireframing, and UI design to transform the journey into an intuitive experience. Interactive prototypes were then created and tested to validate navigation, key interactions, and usability, allowing us to refine the experience before finalizing the product design.

Challenges.

Making travel discovery simple, engaging, and easy to navigate

The main challenge was presenting destinations, activities, and travel information without overwhelming users while keeping discovery visually engaging and easy to explore.

Another challenge was creating a smooth transition from exploration to booking, reducing unnecessary steps while maintaining clarity throughout the user journey.
